Chalchiuitilicue is another of the  Aztec gods or I would say goddess. 

She is the rain goddess who in the Aztec culture represents water and fertility. Both these dual roles gave her both life giving and a life ending role in Aztec mythology. This painting is part of the two series painting I dud of the sun and rain gods of the Aztec culture.

 Huitzilopochtli is one of the Aztec Gods. In Particular the sun god. He is a Mesoamerican deity of war and the sun and the patron of the city Tenochtitlan. It is said that he was the deity according to tradition that led the Mexica people from Aztlan their homeland to central America. Through several research on Aztec culture i decided to do a painting on this Aztec God not only because of his immense influence on the Aztec culture but also because of his back story and his creation.
